Guest guest
Your mother and father are mortals and not God nor omnipresent. So you cann't compare them to God but to limit them according to your own spiritual understanding. Ganesha is worshipped as God with no material limitations. If Vedic scriptures are saying this entire existence is pervaded by the Lord, can you show me a place where there is no God?
Jahnava Nitai Das
U.S. Indians Get "Ganesha Sandals" Apology and Product Removal http://sify.com/news/offbeat/fullstory.php?id=13048912&vsv=39 UNITED STATES, April 30, 2003: An American company has apologized for introducing sandals emblazoned with Ganesha images and has promised to withdraw them from stores immediately. The sandals were cause for concern among Hindus in the U.S. and hundreds wrote in to the website of IndiaCause, an activist organization, to protest against American Eagles, the firm that produced the sandals. An IndiaCause release said the company has apologized for the sandals. "We will remove these flip-flop shoes from our stores in order to maintain the good will and our customer relations with the Hindu community," Neil Bulman, Jr., Vice President and General Counsel of American Eagles, wrote in a letter to the organization.
