balu
It is always said that to be successful one must possess great "self-confidence".Many books have been written like "Think & Grow Rich".It is also said that a person's life is decided by his soul's karma of previous birth. This i feel are two extremes.God looks after our life and controls us.Then why He should make me do some "evil things" in my past and punish me then in my next birth. If He has total control over me, why He allowed me to do that sin in first place? How much of our present life is in our own hand's and how much is in control of "Karma"? srivats
Haribol ! I suppose u have taken karma as something related to fate. Karma is the reaction for the every action we do. God never wants to punish us , he lets ourself to take our own reactions of what we are doing , and at last he will make every situation for you to come back to him. If you can browse back pages of this discussion i have asked questions as what is right or wrong , its been described clearly in that discussion , even i had the same doubts as you have. http://www.audarya-fellowship.com/showflat/cat/hinduism/40726/4/collapsed/3/o/1 http://www.audarya-fellowship.com/showflat/cat/hinduism/41301/2/collapsed/5/o/1 Read Bhawat Gita , it has anwers for everything.
