Guest guest
sometimes adults play with children as if they are sick and th child serve him or the adult gets scared by the child's sudden roar, etc. similarly god/krishna enjoys playing with devotees in any way devotee chooses. there was a senior lady devotee in india. she used to take care of deity krishna at home regularly. for some days she went out of town and told her daughter in law (bahu) to take care of he deity while she was away. this bahu however did not have as much bhakti as the lady. after a few days in the lady came back. it was winter. she started taking care of the deity next day. she saw the deity and she saw that krishna had cold. immediately she called bahu and said, "bahu, krishna has got cold. did you take care of her well?" bahu: yes mataji, i did. lady: then why he has cold? bahu: i dont' see it. he is just as fine as he was. the lady wiped clean the nose of the diety and showed the snat to bahu and said: see, the snat, he has cold. bahu was amazed with owe and said: mataji, please forgive me. while you were out I gave him bath with cold water. i dod not realize krishna really was there in the moorti. so yes, krishna can get cold or fever. jai sri krishna! jai sri prabhupada!
