Dear Sir,

I am not a Hindu, but I am very interested on mysticism in general, as well as in Hindu teachings. Would you be kind enough to provide me with further information about the type of meditation that you perform. Is this linked to yoga? Are there any sites that I should visit?

We practice bhakti yoga, which is devotion to Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, by chanting the Mahamantra: Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare, Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare. In this age of Kali yuga, no other means of liberation is available. If you chant this mantra, your heart will be cleaned from material contamination and you will understand Krishna and your relationship with him. There are many sites you can visit on this movement. Some of my favorites are listed below. Read the Bhagavad Gita As It Is, written by His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada- it will explain everything you need to know.

Haribol!
