Govindaram
Maybe you can find out by starting to read a little of the Veda. Bhagavad Gita
AGTSP
your questions can/may be found within the BHAGAVAD-GITA themselves: Chapter 18, Verse 67. This confidential knowledge may not be explained to those who are not austere, or devoted, or engaged in devotional service, nor to one who is envious of Me. Chapter 18, Verse 71. And one who listens with faith and without envy becomes free from sinful reactions and attains to the planets where the pious dwell. bhakta mark recommended reading: Bhagavad-gita CAN be read in one sitting of a few hours, start from the beginning, don't skip around and read just the VERSE'S first ( to get a ideal for what is being taught to Arjuna) the go back and read the VERSES and PURPORTS for more transcendental knowledge. Govindaram
Hare Krishna The first time i read the BGita i was so excited, reading verses skipping parts hehe.. It is a beaufiful experinece..relish it with joy. I sound like a wuss i know, but this is how i felt and still do sometimes.. The verses are trancendental so they are ever fresh, you will find new things always! Hari bol!
Guest guest
use the right system.. but enjoy also more informal ways, read, skip do anything you want.. but wash your hands before, do not put it in the floor, do not put it in the seat, do not write on it (imho.. there's nothing like reading at bed)
Haridham
There is nothing like the bagavat gita. If you read it, read it with a humble state of mind. Also once you have finished reading it, its not the end. Read it again a few months or days later. Everytime you read the gita you learn something more. As krsna says, as you surrender unto me I reward them accordinly. So the more you surrender on to krsna the more you will know about him Hare Krsna Haridham
