Govindaram
Hare Krishna Long time ago, i was doing some breathing excercies, and i could feel something in my 'first chakra (near the bladder region), a sort of tingling, i have no idea what it was, but while doing the breathing excerices i was thinking of Lord Siva and saying Om/Om Namah Sivaya, what do you think it was? Guest guest
Hi there To become breatharian is a gradual proces wich may take long or short time depending on your karma and grace of God. You can read Jasmuheens book Living on light than you will understand much more about it.
