Haribol. The picture in Bhagavad Gita as it is answers this question. The self is never away from the superself, who acts as witness to every thought, word and deed, every emotion, every illusion. For no apparent reason, the self may have an inklinf of his real identity apart from the biomass he may find himself. Supersoul, also known as Chaita Guru, and more familiar as Sesa Balarama or Lord Nityananda Prabhu, arranged for the real self to associate with one whom He empowers to deliver us. This is called guru tattwa, and the empowered representative is called GURU.

it is correct to say that sri guru is a manifestation of radharani because she's the aspect of god who "offer service".. so as stated in sri guruvastakam we serve the guru, who serves the gopis in krsna lilia, or..... we serve the servant

and it is correct to say that sri guru is a manifestation of sri balarama because he's a shaktiavesha (empowered for a particular task) avatara (incarnation/manifestation/messenger) of sri krsna

and we know that avataras come from sri balarama.. some manifestations of sri vishnu and ksirodakasay vishnu... param atma

and the guru is the transparent medium to communicate with paramatma, chatya guru.. his transparence wipes away the layer of dust between us as spiritual individual souls and krsna as spiritual individual supersoul
