Here's a great idea for the Thirld World Order… I'm a patriot after all…

 

You can set up some little radar dish or something and direct it at the house of the dissodent. (It could easily be hidden). Just send signals that will give everyone in the household cancer… and have it all approve under a "fighting terrorism" bill.

 

Now there may be collateral damage. (Neighborhoods and all that.) But…

 

This is an actually an American supreme court ruling:

 

"We're (the government) is not responsible for protecting you."
