vanamali
I like it a little hard. Tofu is great, because it takes on the flavor of all the surrounding sauces and spices. I went to a Thai restaurant where they made me fried rice with red chillies, pineapple, cashews and tofu... oh wow! delicious /images/graemlins/smile.gif
Guest guest
I like the little bit more expensive organic tofu(1.69) I buy from WHOLEFOODS in Calif. It is like paneer in quality-soooo good. I too like to freeze it first, the texture is so much more heartier. No jelly-like texture. yes, the Tai style with chilies is great! I never liked tofu until a Hawaiian devotee taught me how to prepare it withred chilies, fresh ginger, whole cumin, olive oil, turmeric & veggies-so good for you. Try Braggs on it or soy sauce. Yum! xxvvii
Why don't you call it "dowf"? I heard that Indians are fond of hot spices, esp. in the south. Right?
