krsna
Here is the crux of 'my' problem. Krsna is in control of everything in 'my' life. And yet.I think myself to be independent of the laws of nature. This is madness, don't you think? /images/graemlins/confused.gif A drunk thinks himself happy in his state of delirium and similarly I think myself to be happy in my little so-called independance. The fact is: Krsna is totally 'in charge'of all things through His various material and spiritual energies. My real independance is my free will so minute as to be insignificant in the face of Krsna's free will to kill me or not. I have no separate will of my own in trying to reach for Krsna's mercy. Krsna's will is final whereas my will is finite. It is truly up to Him to deliver me from illusion or not. If He chooses to keep me here in this material world for another zillion kalpas,so be it.I surrender because He's the Ulimate Contoller of everything including 'my' so-called ability to surrender. krsna
Unless Krsna delivers me from this material mire that I sunk myself in. Surrender is no longer optional.Surrender to Krsna's will has by His mercy become a non-negotioable 'free' choice of un-conditional giving in. krsna
I belong to Him totally. It's His life that'I' am living. The soul that inhabits this body is totally His. Nothing is 'mine' I don't lay claim to 'my karma' It's His karma to do as He wishes. My surrender is at His lotus feet O Golden Lord, Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. All this is due to His Divine Grace.
