How long does one need to see Krishna to be benefited?

I remember hearing a quote a number of years ago that if one percieves a picture of Lord Krishna for a certain amount of, I think it was 10ths of a second, benefit has been done.

 

I would be very grateful if someone could confirm the quote and provide me with a source on it.

I think it was one tenth of a second, but I am not sure.
