Guest guest
I've heard that Sankara was the founder of advaita, the monist philosophy. Then why did he sing baja govinda, which implies dualism? Does that mean sankara became a dualist toward the end? DId he give up advaita? Also can someone post a link to baja govinda? Guest guest
In the end everyone has to give it up to Govinda. Even the most entrenched die hard impersonalist can only bear to be separate from the beautiful personality of godhead for so long. There's no place to hide not even His Brahmajhoti. So come on all you sleepers, come out from within that dazzlin' effulgence and sing Baja-Govinda kaha-govinda laha-Govinda Nama.

Guest guest
baja govinda, mudha mate. that is the beginning of his impersonalist commentary. Sing the name of Govinda, you stupid donkeys. to me, the bhasya of Shiva is a spoof; a parody and should be read as such. then it is really great fun to read. for nobody can tell me shiva has no sense of humour.
