Guest guest
Hare Krishna. I wish to clarify another doubt I have regarding the guru-parampara of Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati. We all know that Bhaktivinod Thakura got an initiation from Bipin Bihari Gosvami, although the guru-parampara lits him as the disciple of Jagannath dasa Babaji. My question is, why was Bipin Bihari Gosvami excluded from the parampara? That is to say, what were the specific objections to Bipin Bihari Gosvami that made him an unsuitable predecessor to Bhaktivinod Thakura? Given Srila Bhaktisiddhanta's own uncompromising stance on moral issues, I am certain he had very good reasons for this. I would like to learn more. thanks in advance, alpa-medhasaH
