Guest guest
I recently read the following: "Dhoti is worn by those who practice Kalaripayyattu, with it all it's rigours and swift, it's not proved any hinderance, let alone running." I have also seen Manipuri swordsmen wear a special kind of dhoti which does not hinder their movements. Does anyone know how dhotis can be tied in this way? I'm interested to know, because I practice martial arts and I find that the brahmana-style dhotis just aren't conducive to high kicks or jumping techniques. :-)
Kulapavana
regular style dhoti may not be very good for kickjump, but it sure can conceal a holster nicely... /images/graemlins/wink.gif
