Guest guest
It seems like devotees need tons of spare money to donate for all these needs.

Bhakta Don Muntean
Since the 'royal' road to hell is lined with good intentions - not money - don't bash the cash!
theist
"Love of money is the root of all evil" is the proper quote. What was Ravanna's big problem. He lusted after Sita (or Laxsmi). He saw himself as the prime enjoyer of God's energy. A gosvami may never touch money. Or he may be a big time banker with the vision that it all belongs to Krishna and he engages it all in His service. But one has to protect himself. It is hard for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of God but with the Lord nothing is impossible.

Kulapavana
... Money by Pink Floyd /images/graemlins/wink.gif Money, get away. Get a good job with good pay and you’re okay. Money, it’s a gas. Grab that cash with both hands and make a stash. New car, caviar, four star daydream, Think I’ll buy me a football team. Money, get back. I’m all right jack keep your hands off of my stack. Money, it’s a hit. Don’t give me that do goody good b...hit. I’m in the high-fidelity first class traveling set And I think I need a lear jet. Money, it’s a crime. Share it fairly but don’t take a slice of my pie. Money, so they say Is the root of all evil today. But if you ask for a raise it’s no surprise that they’re Giving none away. Kulapavana
surrendering our money to Krishna's cause (or to help His devotees in need) is actually a very purifying act and often takes a lot of humility. however, people who missuse such offerings are true cold hearted offenders.
