Q about Krishna Mobile Ringtones

Don't know much about Mobile Phones, but I am getting one soon. I am sure there are knowledagble devotees here, want to ask.

 

#Do all Mobile Phones let you compose your own ringtones?

#How do you transfer your tone [From your PC-using Special Software] onto your Mobile?

 

I realllllllly want to make a Gaura-arati Ringtone, and put it on my phone [maybe thats only reason for me getting a mobile eh?]

It probably varies from phone to phone and provider to provider.

 

I am able to make my own ringtones by sending the music file to my phone as an email and then downloading it to the proper file on my phone from there.

 

But this might not work on all phones and companies.

So you create you tone, then you e-mailed yourself? There's a good concept in itself.

 

Ps. How did you send an e-mail to your Mobile Phone /images/graemlins/confused.gif

Get a phone which can be connected to your PC machine via USB and is able to play ringtones in mp3 format. Then you can easily copy all your KC music to your phone and install as ringtone.

I can connect to the web with my phone and get emails.

 

My phone can also do what the guest's response says to do.

 

I have a motorola camera phone using cingular service.
