how much does Krishna think of his devotees?

Hare Krishna and all glories to Srila Prabhupada!

 

I had heard somewhere that in the 10th canto, Krishna tells the Gopis that whenever a devotee thinks of the Lord, then the Lord also thinks of that devotee with at least the same amount of time that the devotee spent thinking of him. can anyone tell me which verse(s) this comes from?
