In reply to Swami Satyananda,

of course I would say "faith," because no matter what, if you hold

to your ideal despite all difficulties and trials, you remain strong with

your eye on the goal.

Even when our inner feeling may fluctuate, when we're tossed and

turned, if we hold to faith, like a rock, we can only keep going!
