Cosmic Conciousness... Duality still exists... Nirvikalpa Samadhi... Absense of any kind of Duality... Liberation... When the individual(ego) surrenders... You ask,"I believe one can have CC and Nirvikalpi Samadhi without being Liberated, or does Liberation come with N. Samadhi?"... Idle banter...
