Namaste Sarada,

For your info: The 1:4:2 breath that Swamiji teaches is also taught

(or I should say sold) by Anthony Robbins. It's used to increase

energy and to lose weight. It works.

 

This is how it's used for energy & weight loss:

Ten 1:4:2 breaths in the morning, ten at noon, ten at late afternoon.

You may do more if you like.

Do this for 21 days and you'll see an enormous increase in energy

(you'll also lose about ten pounds in those 21 days.)

 

See a book entitled "Jumpstart Your Metabolism" by Pam Stout(?).
