Guest guest Posted December 12, 2003 Report Share Posted December 12, 2003 It was only a day ago that I prayed deeply . I thought about prayer and "when will love come" and my Sadhana .... Trying so desperately to hitch my wagon to a spiritual star. Today I have a beloved guest at home . We are out to have fun . My only thoughts now are "the next restaurant ", the next good time ... Prayer and Sadhana suddenly seem strange to me. One day, one guest, one "good time " and the mindset changes ... to take the path of least resistance . Then I remember Swamiji's words "The balance is always shifting. somedays we are called to work in the world, somedays to do sadhana, somedays to be students, somedays to be teachers .... The real Sadhana is to remember God in everything we do." So I pray "Let me see you in everything today.
