namaste all,

what i feel about dharma whether it is sanatan or modern, is unifying

mouth and deeds as precribed by SRI SRI RAMAKRISHNA PARAMHANSA.dharma

doesnot only mean rigorous ritual practices and chanting heavy-weight

mantras, they are just one of the several ways to reach to the

infinite plane of wisdom, the land of GOD. theories and jargons are

necessary but they are not the only way to attain GOD. self-purity,

strong belief in self(ie the existence of god within me),sticking

firmly to the deeds, loving all are few ways to be a dharmic. here an

interesting pt. is that a person who doesnot believe in GOD can also

be a great dharmic if he can be truthful and sincere to what he is

doing ... that is HIS\HER GOD.

personally i think the life of THE HOLY MOTHER SRI SRI SARADA DEVI is

one of the greatest examples how one could be a pure and silent

dharmic all through his life, how spirituality should be practiced in

everyday life and how love to all can conquer the world. she gives us

an idea of an ideal mother who is always forgiving to our flaws how

big they are and hence providing a breathing space for all of us who

are always commiting sins big or small and at the end of the day can

rise in the same voice with the pure souls on the same ground with

the confidence that "YES, I HAVE A MOTHER... MY MOTHER WILL LOOK

AFTER ME".

jai ma,

sourav.
