Guest guest
Thanks for offering the information about Brahmi. It helps to ease my confusion. My vaidja (R.K. Mishra) uses gotu kola in a Brahmi transdermal cream that he makes even though he says it is not the "real" brahmi and that had me a bit bewildered. Bazaar of India also has Brahmi oil with gotu kola. They do also carry the real brahmi powder. When you refer to the spirit of the plant, would you say that gotu kola has the same spirit as real bhrami? I saved your recipe for meditation tea and will get the ingredients to make it. Thanks for posting it! May I ask please what the word "anupan" means? TIA, KB , "James Eyerman" <jdeyerman@h...> wrote: > Gotu Kola is considered by Dr. Lad to be the American version of Brahmi. Guest guest
Brahmi and GK are the same family but different. Anupan means carrier. It carries it into the CNS. >"kbbookbag" <karenborak > > > Thanks, Nityananda S. >Mon, 22 Dec 2003 23:38:11 -0000 > >Thanks for offering the information about Brahmi. It helps to ease >my confusion.
