Guest guest
I am new to this group. I hope this just posts and does not send out an e-mail. I replied to an earlier post by Swami and am not sure where it went. Oh well, here goes ... I was with a spiritual group a long time ago and have been cautious ever since. Shree Maa and Swami seem positive and real, however, so here I am. Peace, Om ... Steve Connor

Guest guest
Hi Latha, Yes. I am the moderator for a forum called the Illusion of Enlightenment, which is sort of a next door cousin to a forum of ex- Adida devotees. It was at that froum I learned of Shree Maa by a fellow who saw her and was very moved. I am 50 this month. I teach design and take care of our disabled daughter with my wife. We live in Austin, TX. Back in the 70's I moved from NYC to California to be part of the Adidam community. I found there were some things going on there I was not happy with so I had to leave. Since then I have studied on my own. Among others, I resonated with the guidelines for Swadharma set out by Shivapuir Baba, as recorded by John Bennet. This "right life" way is very much based on the Gita. Shree Maa's teaching, her bhava, Swamiji's writing support, and their examples of discipline and devotion ... this these are the main reasons. The experience is one of bhava leading to jnana. My thanks to God and Shree Maa for answering my call. Steve Connor
