Haribol! Jai Ma!

Can anyone give me proper guidance for practical japa? I know that

padmasana is the best (which leg should be on top?) and the mala

should be holded near the heart. Is there any good mudra?

I thank you all for any help! I am a Gaudiya-Vaisnava and am

initiated into the Nityananda Gauranga Mantrarajas*.

Pranam. Hare Krsna!

Mukunda Gauranga dasa

P.S I know that Mukunda means "giver of liberation" but is there any

other meaning?

Even when you cross your legs "indian" style, one leg is always on

top. Same with Padmasana. How could it be otherwise, if you think

about it.

Re: Practical Japa

Isn't padmasana supposed to have both legs crossed? So how is any leg on top? Just curious.
