Namaste

Daily I meditate upon and pray for intuitive illumination of the 32

names of Durga in the Book, "Durga Puja for Beginners", by Swami

Satyananda of Devi Mandir.

Consider some of the translations:

The Reliever of Difficulties

The Mother of Difficulties

The Continued Existance of Difficulties

Who is the Intrinsic Nature of the Object of Difficulties

Who is Beyond Difficulties

This Present Difficulty

The Illuminator of Difficulties

Who Cuts Off Difficulties

Theses are just a few of Her names.

Mother is All. No doubt. She wrote the drama, directs it, stars in

it, rewards the actors for fine performances, and takes them home at

the end of the day, feeds them, and puts them to bed.

This puja provides a tremendously satisfying experience-worshipping

the Feet of the Divine Mother. Falling at Her feet, bathing them,

and dressing them in the finest cloth and laying heaps of flowers on

them.......It is all Maa and the chance to worship and adore Her

feet, and lay your heart there is unbelievable.

This is part of my daily sadhana. If ever anyone wants help learning

Her worship. let me know.

Jai Maa

Maa's child
