This is just a basic outline - perhaps it will help. I hope others

in the Group can add to it.

 

Episode ! (chapter 1)

 

Seer - Rishi, Lord Brahma (Who realised this knowledge) Lord of

Creation

Diety - Goddess - Mahakali - Great Remover of Darkness (whose

attributes are being extolled)

Meter - Gayatri - Meter of the rising sun, 24 sylables to the verse,

Number of syllables with which it is expressed , (Srishti -

Creation) - Giving Birth to spiritual Energy

Energy - Nanda - Possessor of the Wealth of Bliss (Bliss of having

Balance)

Seed - (Essential nature) RaktaDantika - She with Red Teeth, She

who alleviates all Fear, potential to remove all fear

Principle- Fire, Purest element, union of External fire (homa) with

Internal (Agnya chakra)

Form - Rig Veda, Wisdom of Nature, Hymns, Knowledge of sacred

recitation

 

Episode 2 (chapter 2)

 

Seer - Lord Vishnu, Lord of Preservation

Diety -Goddess - Mahalaxmi, Great Goddess of True Wealth, Our

Supreme Goal

Meter - Usnik- 28 syllables, (meter of sustaining energy) middle of

day, (Stithi - Preservation, protection)

Energy Sakambari - Goddess who nourishes, Freedom from death

(Greatest death is surrendering to the Ego)

Seed - (Essential nature) Durga, Seed has the potential to remove

difficulties, confusion

Principle Vayu - Air, pranayama, inhalation/exhalation,

Emancipation, total freedom,

Form - Yajur Veda - Represents wisdom of sacrifice, sacrificing

desires and attachments

 

Episode 3 (chapter 5)

 

Seer - Lord Shiva - Lord of Transformation/Destruction

Diety - Goddess - MahaSaraswati, Great Goddess of All Pervading

Knowledge

Meter- Anushtup, 32 syllables,(meter of transforming energy) Sandhya-

Sunset, Termination, put an end to hostility, (Laya - Dissolution)

Energy - Bhima, Terrifying form, potential /capacity to terrify

asuras, all negative qualities

Seed - (Essential nature) Bhramari, Like a Bee, searches for

Nectar, capacity to dazzle Her opponents with Her brilliant aura of

Light, makes them stupefiedl

Principle - Surya, Sun, Universal Light, wisdom

Form - Sama Veda, Wisdom of Song, chanting,
