Guest guest
Please post of vasana daha tantra. I have just heard of this practice to purify negative emotional memory baggage along the lines of writing down all you regret about the past and burning it. Sounds very healing and certainly has been done on a small scale, but this can be done big too, instead of one sheet of paper, or several, it says you can write even 200-300 pages being as specific as possible about all your regrets in the past and then releasing them to the flame of purification. -td
Guest guest
This is one approach. Our path is different. Instead of recapitulating the negative, we re-program with pure positive input. In the Chandi Path we witness the destruction of all the negative forces, but as we do so, we are in constant praise of the Goddess! Therefore, we dwell on the most positive, and allow Her to consume the negative. Just another approach. Is the cup half full or half empty? , "turtle dragon" <turtledragonscove> wrote: > Please post of vasana daha tantra.
