Guest guest
Namaste Jyoti, The Chamunda mantra is a portion of the Navarna mantra (om aim hrim klim chamundayai vicce). Can you give the context of the yogeshwari mantra - for example which text you got it from? Guest guest
Thank you so much for the reply. Well I was given these mantras by a Guru. I happened to meet this Guru and when I met him he gave me these mantras to recite. I have regularly been doing Vishnu Sahasranamam.. and chanting Devi stotras. When I was given the mantras I was a little unsure of how I should go about these mantras and I also had a feeling that these mantras need to be chanted very carefully and I was right ( I eventually found that out). So I thought I would wait for sometime and get to know the correct way to chant it and also get the explanation for the same b4 chanting these mantras. So I request your help on this. I would like to know the kind of mala that I must use for this Japa. And I would also like to know the benefits of chanting the same. I have been trying to find the source of these mantras on the net but in vain. That is the reason I approached this group.
