Guest guest
Pranam Swamiji, It says in the Chandi Path that one should not recite only the first or only the last of the episodes. Or if we recite only one episode, then only the middle one should be recited. Could you please explain why it is stated as such? Thank you. Guest guest
Not really. I know it is there, but why I can't say for a certainty - - but my guess is that the middle episode defines the greatest number of negative qualities that are dissolved in the battle with the Goddess, and in that way it is the most auspicious of the three. It most clearly relates the demise of the Great Ego, and if one only has capacity for a portion of a recitation, they say that will be most effective. , "rmerani" <rukmanimerani@h...> wrote: > Pranam Swamiji, > > It says in the Chandi Path that one should not recite only the first > or only the last of the episodes. > > Or if we recite only one episode, then only the middle one should be > recited. > > Could you please explain why it is stated as such? > > Thank you. > > Ruk
