Guest guest Posted February 25, 2004 Report Share Posted February 25, 2004 [apologies if too many posts] in the shiva puja, can anyone speak on Arati, to dance in celebration? and ... when chanting Om Namah Shivaya as Shree Maa does on the cd ... if the inclination is there to sway the body a little, is it good to go with that, or be restrained ... or left to one's inspiration? what best facilitates unity and worship with God/Shiva?
