Guest guest
Namaste Rudran, I am sorry on your loss . Here is what Swamiji had to tell me on my recent bereavement. I am sure this works for you too. Swamiji says : "Keep your mind focused on God, scripture, appreciation, and family. Give your departed relative the highest respect, we would light a candle in front of the person's picture, offer fresh flowers daily, and say at least 1 mala of Gayatri daily in the person's honor. " Namaste Latha , "rudran2" <stechiekov> wrote: > Dad died several days back. I feel daunted. I continue to puja, but is > there a puja that is particulary well suited to the loss of a parent? Guest guest
Thank you Latha. You've conveyed to me a wonderful tool to cope with Dad's loss. I am so happy to have something so special to work with. It will set me well along on the road to recovery, especially at the dawn of each new day. namaste, rudran , "Latha Nanda" <lathananda> wrote: > Namaste Rudran, > > I am sorry on your loss .
