well, at the risk of debating idle philosophy, what is your authority for saying

so Satish?

no doubt many ancient texts and "gurus" say the very same thing -- ad nauseum --

most here on this group have read and heard the same

> Siddha Kunjika stotram can be found in Gita Press publication of

>Chandi Sapthasati. This stotra also needs to be learnt from a teacher.

what do "initiated" and "learnt" mean?

first shiksha then diksha my fellow grasshoppers

brothers and sisters, peace be with you

your heart knows this simple truth, fortunately:

call God sincerely and the rest will follow -- it doesn't matter how or what

you do or whether you do it perfectly or with initiation -- She will take care

of making it perfect and effective for you

She's right here on Earth and she brought Swami Satyananda Saraswati with Her!

the Chandi Path is our core sadhana at the Devi Mandir

Swami's translation and teaching of it are sublime -- study it, read it, listen

to the tapes of him chanting it, learn to chant it in a proper asan with

pranayama like Swami and Shree Maa and the Rishi's do

first shiksha then diksha

God bless with you Wisdom and Pure Devotion.

love,

Devnath

PS to all: more sadhana, less talk :)

yes that might very well be so. on the other hand, this medium [a

forum] is for nothing but talk. maybe the heart can come through too

if we get that bhav good and sweet. so then, talk in that sense is

sadhana, as the mode of current expression.

then maybe, you log off and are mouni sadhu the remaining 23 hours

of the day.

love love love wherever you are even if you are a blip on a screen.
