Guest guest
Latha, Do we have enough chanters? Does this matter, on our first try -- in your opinion? Did you say before, you were hoping for 16 hours chanting the names on each of the 9 days? Steve
Guest guest
Dear Steve and all, We have someone chanting on the hour every hour between 1 AM PST to 11 PM PST. Sometimes more than 1 person at the same time slot. For details - please check the calendar button in the left side of the group homepage We still have three open slots 11 am PST 8 pm PST 12 midnight PST - 1.30 PM Indian Standard Time - it would be best if someone in India could chant at this time. It would be GREAT if we could meet Mother Durga at those times as well. Can someone who has not already volunteered step up - that will be wonderful. However, if it is not to be, Maa Durga gets a break at those times. JAI MAA JAI DURGA Love Latha , "bingo_ridley" <sconnor@a...> wrote: > Latha, > > Do we have enough chanters? Guest guest
Latha, Steve, and all: I see you have us doubled up at 4:00 am. I've been thinking that 11:00 am would be less stressfull for me considering my work schedule. Except Thursday, which may work out as well. So, can you switch me to 11 am as Steve is also on for 4 am? I think it was Steve; my short-term memory is not so good. Guest guest
Namaste Latha I had signed up for 10 AM EST. I have a conflict on March 27 and 28. I would like to know if I can change my time slot for just those 2 days, either before 7 AM or after 9 PM EST. Thanks Nageshwari , "Latha Nanda" <lathananda> wrote: > Dear Steve and all, > > We have someone chanting on the hour every hour between 1 AM PST to > 11 PM PST. Guest guest
Namaste Nageshwari and anyone with a similar question, It is preferable that you choose a time that you know you will be able to maintain for the 10 days. This is for your own benefit. However, if there are other conflicts that you have to take care of ,it is perfectly fine for you to adjust accordingly . It is all upto YOU and HER really. The calendar here is just to keep the record for the group. So unless you plan to change your time slot for the entire Navaratri, I will leave you in as 10 AM EST. Guest guest
Latha dear, Perhaps for my benefit, if not for the others as well, you might describe exactly what is expected of us. At first there was discussion of three hour shifts (I guess that's out) and eleven repititions. What is the program.
