As I have missed out on the mail, giving the names, please send them to me so that I can start. Can I do it at any time convenient and when I can concentrate. Please do send me. Went short of breath ...dang !!! Glorious weather ... waved to coworkers who were taking their walks during lunch time. All the time muttering the names under my breath. Not exactly conducive to remembering the 32 names. How so , very important is environment in any practice !!! I came back to my desk and restarted and finished the sankalpa. I even ignored my boss's telephone call and put him thro to voicemail. Such is my dedication . I better return his call now. Moral of the story :- sneak out 5 minutes early , get into my car and finish the sankalpa in relative peace.
