Namaste to all,Since the Kavach is a nyasa, establishment within, one

can touch the various parts as described in the mantra: see database.

EX: when it says in verse 25: dantan raksatu kaumari...touch your

teeth or point to your teeth since dantan is teeth. Touch your chin

when you say cibukam in verse 26, etc.Swamiji says that as we do this

practice we witness the Goddess coming alive in the various parts of

the body. After a while he says that you just recite the mantra and

feel the Goddess in that place.

Namaste,

You can touch or point and you can use the tattwa mudra

Touch your thumb to the base of your right ring finger.
