yes i see it now, i was using the name that was actually the last in

the list of 5 postures and it preceded the actually description so i

hooked them up mentally -- artist-type mind!

 

yes you are 100% right, the one i am doing is, as it is said in the

Devi Gita:

 

"Padmasana, which is beloved by Yogis"!!!

 

just for fun ... what is the Virasana [hero posture] anyway ... it

says it goes like this:

 

"Placing both thighs above the legs according to instructions,

sitting on the shanks with the toes extended back ..."
