4 Noble Truths !

Rational Attention:

Rational attention is when one actually observes:

That all phenomena are impermanent & momentary;

That all phenomena are disappointing as always lost;

That all phenomena are impersonal, core & owner-less!

When one is happy, the body Calms down.

When one is tranquil, one feels Pleasure.

When one feels pleasure, the mind Concentrates

When concentrated, one fully Understands:

This Craving is the cause of Suffering.

Thus Ceasing of Craving Ends Suffering.

This Noble 8-fold Way leads to this End of Suffering.

When a Noble Friend fully understands that, then

there is no more he needs to do. Thus: Be Aware!
