Guest guest
A Question for Swamiji: What is the essential practice/attitude/method for realizing/opening and living from our heart? How do we merge heart and mind and live from there, right now? How do we merge? Namaste
Guest guest
Merger occurrs at the release of thought processes. To break the chains of thought we can sit in lengthy sessions of asanna to japa with prannayam. Seeing as the cardio and pulminary systems are closely linked, increasing the recitation lines per breath could open the doorway of a rather rusty hinged elusive heart. To live within the heart probably means to live withing devotion and not leave it, for to stray from the bhav of devotion strengthens the sway of duality. The mind occupied with devotion tends to heartily merge into a perpetual yogic state of natural or even supernatural spontaneity with circumstance. Such a heart/mind vibrantly attunes to a more efficient mode of functioning. It becomes more opportune. In a manner of speaking the heart/mind merged in devotion is turned on and tuned in. Such a one might gain great detachment. Such a one might drop out. Such a one might drop in. In either case, such a one would to well to continue in sadhana. Seva is fun and tapas is a most precious treasure. , "Maureen Nielson" <mnielson@n...> wrote: > > A Question for Swamiji: What is the essential practice/attitude/method for realizing/opening and living from our heart?
