Guest guest
Sunrise and sunset is the time of Brahmamahurta--most especially from 4am to 6am for the morning. This is an auspicious time to practice because the vibrational energy of the surroundings is most sattvic, thus conducive to deeper meditation. Also, it is less noisy, less pollution in the air, most phones aren't ringing yet... I find the morning is the ONLY time I can consistantly practice without missing. Something always happens when I try to do my practice during the day. Sometimes it's hard to get out of my bed-- especially in the cold winter. I ask Her before bed to please , please help me get up for saddhana and She always does! She says "I'm waiting for you..."
