daily "sutras" from babaji hari dass

i am receiving these daily "sutras" from babaji hari dass that are

really nice. here is the one from today. it seems everything he says

is compatible with Swamiji. my observation. -- steve

I read one of his books a while back. I was very impressed with him.

Though he is now mouna? (I don't know if I remembered that correctly-

I mean silent) he teaches and shares his light through the letters he

answers from devotees.

Chris, Yes he might be a mouni sadhu. He is in Santa Cruz, or at

least was when I lived in CA. I never went to visit him, but I

should have.

He is a mouni. I have seen Him several times at his Mount Madonna Center.

How does he give talks if he is mouni? Is he the same Hari Dass Baba

who was the guru of Ram Dass in India. If so, he must be very

advanced in age.

cool surya. what was your experience of him. did you feel god or in

other ways be elevated by meeting him.

He writes on a chalk board. By now he must be in his 70s or 80s.

Ram Dass's Guru was Neem Karoli Baba. Baba Hari Dass was also a

devotee of Neem Karoli Baba and Ram Dass did some study with him as

well under his Guru's instruction.

he is getting on in years but i am not sure of the ram dass

connection. i think he might talk with a chalk board, that sort of

thing.

Yes, he is the same Hari Das Baba. I don't think he gives talks, but

writes sutras on his chalkboard.
