Guest guest
Follow up Question from Kanna Krishnan : Thank you Swamiji Maharaj, but may I know why this preference among the other (If I may) . I thought svaha ( I am one with god) was more towards offering in the homa and namah would be more appropriate for japa. Please guide me on this ................... Since the dhayanam reflects dakshina kalika form (Kali Puja Book) would it not be better to use "Om Kring Kring Kring Hung Hung Hring Dakshine Kalike Kring Kring Kring Hung Hung Hring Hring Swahaaa" as the japa mantra .Forgive my inquiring mind and kindly disregard this if it is highly inappropriate ............................. Furthermore OM kring kalyai seems to be also the nyasa mantra thus would it not be a better japa mantra ? Ok then is there a way to do nyasa with Om Hring Shring Kring Paremswari Kalike Svaha and is this allowed by the purohit darpana or any other scriptutal text as well................. Swamiji's response : They are all appropriate. Om Hring Shring Kring Parameswari Kalike Svaha is best. ============================================================ , "Latha Nanda" <lathananda> wrote: > Question from Kanna Krishnan: > > I see 3 different japa mantras for Maa Kali in Kali Puja book ; > > Om Kring Kaalyai Namah > > Om Hring Shring Kring Paremswari Kalike Svaha > > Om Kring Kring Kring Hung Hung Hring Dakshine Kalike Kring Kring > Kring Hung Hung Hring Hring Swahaaa > > Which is ideal for japa ? > > > Swamiji's response : > > The best for japa is Om Hring Shring Kring Parameswari Kalike Svaha.
