Guest guest
Namaste All, Some of you wanted to know how to respond to a person offline . Here are the steps. I am also going to put it as a file in our files section so that you can use it for future reference. 1) Go to the message that you would like to respond to.Open the message to read the contents. 2) Look for these links above the message - You will see 'Reply' , 'Forward' 'View Source' , 'Unwrap Lines' 'Delete' 3) Click on 'Reply' 4) Type in your response in the box below. 5) Look for the 'To' button - it will give you THREE options - First is to the group , Second is the person whose post that you are replying to, and third to the - owner. Select the second option , so the message will directly go to the recipient. 6) You will see a message " Your message has been posted." - This just means that it has gone to the intended recipient. Thank you JAI MAA Latha

You may want to edit this and add it to your files section. If the person gets "e-mail" or a "daily digest" into his Inbox instead of "go to the web" and read, then he can do the folowing while replying: 1. copy-paste the sender's e-mail 2. Click on "Reply" from the Inbox mail that you have 3. The Reply mail is filled with the Groups e-mail id by default. Delete that id, and paste what the sender's e-mail id in its place. 4. Extra Suggestion for "daily digest"ers: if you are receiving a "daily digest", do remember to change the heading appropriately. 5. Click 'send'... this will become an offline message! I personally think it's a great thing to do... focus remains on the topic at hand! Jai Ma!
