Guest guest
Swamiji, Yesterday I had this thought as I was preparing to study the Chandi, "I wish I could see better" as I was having some trouble with my eyes. Immediately a voice said "Why do you have so many desires?" This voice was non-judgmental and felt separate from the source of my typical internal voice. My question is, is there any particular understanding of this kind of thing in the Chandi Path, in your evaluation. A second question is, what is the place of concepts like no-thought, or the thought-free state in the Chandi Path? It is quite remarkable, the Chandi Path appears inspired by a sort of process- vision ... without dwelling on descriptions of future idealized states, levels of awareness, enlightenment, etc. It is quite unique, in my experience, very unlike Buddhist and Advaita-type studies I have encountered. Is there an overlap, or a parallel? I know there is intuitively, but I do not want to develop a sharper understanding prematurely. How do you, or how did your Guru, evaluate progress by aspirants? Bhava, where does it become Jnana, or does that question not apply? Om, yes, all answers and questions are created in this magical moment. As you most remarkably said, "All beings are in constant negotiation." Om Tat Sat! Our focus on Chandi is melting myriad illusions ... yes, She appears to liquefy them. Peaceful thanks, Steve Connor Steve C.
