Guest guest
Question from Steve : In Chapter 5 of the Chandi Path, the Goddess is praised for various divine attributes, such as Patient Forgiveness, Peace, and Humility, etc. Why are attributes such as Hunger, Sleep, and Confusion also included? Swamiji's response : Hunger means intense desire for God. Sleep means unconciousness or forgetfulness of God. As soon as we praise Her as forgetfulness, we are remembering. The same with Confusion. As soon as we praise Her as Confusion, we are no longer confused.
Guest guest
Swamiji, Latha, all, Awesome! Knowing the divine aspect of the "opposite" end of a duality, we are no longer polarized, we are in unity. Never before have I felt so sustained, as by this Mother. Bless you, and your open heart and mind. steve , "Latha Nanda" <lathananda> wrote: > Question from Steve : > > In Chapter 5 of the Chandi Path, the Goddess is praised for > various divine attributes, such as Patient Forgiveness, Peace, > and Humility, etc. Why are attributes such as Hunger, Sleep, and > Confusion also included? > > Swamiji's response : > > Hunger means intense desire for God. > Sleep means unconciousness or forgetfulness of God.
