Guest guest
Hello, I bought a CD of the Rudram chanted in the Krama style . In this style of recitation, the first word of a mantra is joined to the second , the second to the third and so on. Can anyone share any info they have on this style ? And what texts (aside from the Rudram) are usually chanted in this way ? What are the benefits to this kind of chanting. Look forward to hearing from you JAI MAA Latha
Guest guest
interesting, i never heard of that, but i would guess that it creates a simple steady rhythm, giving the chanter one more aid to stilling the mind ... ? steve , "Latha Nanda" <lathananda> wrote: > Hello, > > I bought a CD of the Rudram chanted in the Krama style .
