It depends on which "self" you are talking about. If by self you mean the self that is divine, then how could you possibly be selfishly unhealthy? If by self you mean the ego identity, then how can you not be selfishly unhealthy? 2) How would you know that you have found your Guru? When you experience truth from him or her.
