Guest guest
Namaste Jay, May Goddess bless you in your endeavor to build her temple. Swamiji says that he will talk with devotees to see if anyone is interested. He also says that the subject of building a temple is vast. There are many books on Vastu. Here is a website I found that discusses temple Vaastu http://www.mailerindia.com/vaastu/html/vaas15.php IMHO, it might be worthwhile to spend some time in India and meet with a few temple administrators to get a feel for what might be required. I also like and second what Jayadeva said in his post , ask HER with greatest sincerity how She wants her temple to be built. You can then start detecting her hand in everything. I will let you know if I get to know more ideas. I am interested to know what others in the forum have to say. Dear group members, here is a perfect opportunity to reach out online to help a brother build a temple. Let us shower him with our blessings and suggestions. Guest guest
has anyone else seen the pictures of his current altar? it really is stunning, with quite a few dieties, they appear to be at least 1/2 or perhaps full size, i am not sure. steve c. , "Latha Nanda" <lathananda> wrote: > Namaste Jay, > > May Goddess bless you in your endeavor to build her temple. > > Swamiji says that he will talk with devotees to see if anyone is interested. > > He also says that the subject of building a temple is vast. Guest guest
perhaps there could be some activity in our cyber-prayer club to support your effort. not sure, maybe latha has an idea. i for one will say an informal prayer for your temple jay. i do not have all the wonderful traditions you have, but i can send my pure intent for devotion to flower in your project. steve c. , "Dayals Sawmillers Limited" <dayals@c...> wrote: > Latha Ji. > > I am deeply touched by the overwhelming support.
