Guest guest
Krista and I have been perfroming the Suyargyam Puja every morning for the enlightenment and health of our baby. We have been blessed by a home that has wonderful landscaping and can pick fresh flowers every morning for the puja through much of the spring and summer. What's amazing is that it seems the more pujas we do, the more the plants give their all and grow more flowers. Last year we had pretty much run out of roses and these little anual pink flowers that grow on our hill side, but this year they are still growing. It feels as if they want to be offered, as if its a priviledge for them to be offered to the sun for our baby. I can sincerely feel the bhav of the consciousness of the plants and their desire to be offered. They greet us every morning and say, "Oh pick me! Pick me!" Has anyone else noticed the puja blooming effect? Oh and I think the only consciousness that may be slightly annoyed with us is the Humming Bird who patrols our flowers, heh. Guest guest
Hello Brian That's is exactly what I had been experiencing at home. I had been planting a Bilva tree at home for offering its leaves to the Narmadeshwar Shiv Linga that I have at home. Each time the plant dies out and couldn't survive. Until one day I had to sincerely ask Lord Shiv that if the tree grows the leaves are for your offering and no other purpose and I need the tree in my compound for it brings the blessings ofLord Shiv with it. Then I prayed to Maa Parvati to allow the tree to grow. Today I have a 4m high tree full of leaves from a small 6 inch tree. Same applied to my rose garden. I use red roses for worship of Maa Durga and the more I pickup the more it grows. One day I had no roses I was upset, I went to a neighbor to borrow for Puja she refused to give even though it was for Puja........after some weeks the rose plants have multiplied not by one or tow but by 20. and I have as many roses in my compound than any other in my neighborhood. My gardener is shocked to say the least! One of the rose plants never germinated a flower - being there for almost 10 months. The day my daughter was born (19/6/04) I saw the first red rose on that plant and that was the biggest and most beautiful rose I have ever seen. I knew some miracles are happening around me. Guest guest
Hi Jay Dayal. Congrats on your new born baby. Maa's blessing are always with you and your family. I too got a new baby, it was on X-Mas day in 2003. Lovely gift from Maa. I named her Bhuvana Sree! I am wondering where do I get Bilva tree? How do I identify that. Please suggest. I know, Lord Shiv has to give me his blessings to have one. Regards, Narasimha Jay Dayal <dayals (AT) connect (DOT) com.fj> wrote: Hello BrianThat's is exactly what I had been experiencing at home. They'll ship internationally, but you will probably want to look for locate a domestic source if you're not in the U.S. This is definitely a tropical or sub-tropical tree.
