Another word/s for which help would be much appreciated. The word

is spelled 'surapujite' with a line over the 'u'. I am guessing

from a bit of dictionary help that 'sura' might have to do with the

gods. Would that be right? Does 'pujite' mean worshipped? How

does the word break apart? Do you call these meaning groups words?

Or are they made of individual words or word parts? Thanks so very

much.

Hi Karen,

I hope someone REEEEEEALLY well qualified in sanskrit can answer

your question - parsing the words and giving the grammar behind it.

But with what little I know , here goes

Sura - Deva/God -like you mentioned

Puja - Worship - Pujite - Worshipped by

So Surapujite means worshipped by devas/Gods.

Jai Maa
